Punk Rock Traders offers subscription package(s) that provide market insights, strategies, and trade ideas to help subscribers formulate their individual investment strategies (the “Services”). These Services are intended for individual investors and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Availability of Product Offerings
Not all of the product offerings and/or services referenced on the Website may be available to all individuals accessing the Website. Certain product offerings may not be available in all areas of the United States, and certain individuals may not be eligible for all of the product offerings referenced on the Website. Subject to applicable law, Punk Rock Traders retains the right to determine each individual’s eligibility any product or service.
Subscriptions and Billing
Punk Rock Traders offers different subscription packages that can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the expiration of the monthly period. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the annual period. No refunds will be provided for terminated subscriptions.
Refund Policy
If you forget to cancel your subscription and reach out to us within 3 days of the automatic renewal, we will provide a refund. Refund requests must be sent to contact@punkrocktraders.com. Beyond this, our customer service team will assess each case individually. Note, however, that products and services from previous billing cycles are not eligible for refunds.
Invitation Codes
You need a valid invitation code to create an account and join our service.
All invitation codes are at the sole discretion of Punk Rock Traders and subject to change at any time without notice.
As an active member, you are allotted up to three invitation codes per week, which you can distribute to email addresses of your choosing. Each code is single-use only and will replenish every week at a set time, specifically at 12:00 AM ET every Sunday.
Additionally, a valid invitation code is required to reactivate your account if it has been canceled for more than three months.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you are required to create a password, you are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the account, username, or password of any other user on the Website at any time
- Share your account or login credentials with any third party
- Share, copy or forward any research or communication to any third party
- Disclose your password to any unauthorized party
